We knew there were good people in our company. But, the group of us didn’t work as a well-functioning team and the group’s morale was lower than what we wanted. Lynne interviewed all of us, listened carefully to understand, used her experience and skills to help us see how we might improve and importantly asked tough questions which helped us see the steps we should take more clearly. In the process, at my request, Lynne also coached me individually. The result is that the group of us is a much better functioning team, the group has much stronger morale and I am a better leader.
